Return Policy — 24k Nights

14-Day Store Credit Returns We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

All Sales Final — Lingerie Due to hygiene reasons, all lingerie items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Sales Final — Custom Pajamas Custom pajama orders are made to order and are final sale. However, if you are unsatisfied with the fit or quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item as received. We will review modification requests on a case-by-case basis. Please note that design changes may increase the customization price.

All Sales Final — Sale Items All items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for sale items.
